25th anniversary of Angolan Public Television Radiotelevisão Portuguesa de Angola (RPA/TPA) founded on February 1, 1974, based in Luanda. The regular broadcasts, however, began on October 18, 1975, during the political transition and with the station renamed: instead of "Portuguesa", it became "Popular". The station was nationalized in 1976, renamed TPA - Televisão Popular de Angola. Later, it would be renamed again, renamed Televisão Pública de Angola (Angolan Public Television). Year of issue: 2000
